Ingredients

  • 8 Apples, peeled and cored
  • 1/2 Cup White Sugar
  • 1.5 Cups Water
  • 1 Tsp Ground Cinnamon

Instructions

  • Add apples, sugar, water, and cinnamon to a large pot over medium heat. Cook for 15 minutes or until apples are soft.
  • Turn off heat and let cool. Mash apples with potato masher and serve immediately. Recipe will make roughly 8 servings.
